    Use the tube applicator tip to apply shampoo directly to the scalp, leave on for 3-5 minutes, lather like any other shampoo, and then rinse off.

    Great for ALL Hair Types/Textures

    I've dealt with scalp problems for quite sometime and nothing really helped. Throw in the fact that I have naturally curly hair (3C/4A) and many of the treatments dried my hair to oblivion.

    This product is truly an all-in-one scalp treatment that has made my scalp do a complete 180, but my curls are not dried out after. I used it for 4 weeks consistently at every wash day I noticed such a difference after the first wash: the flakes were gone!

    I highly recommend this product!

    Best Shampoo I have ever used

    I was part of the pre-launch consumer study. I have used all kinds of dandruff shampoos. Including prescription ketoconazole shampoo. Non of them worked as will as the REMEDY for dandruff. Firstly, it does not have a scent. So, it does not clash with other soaps and body washes. Second, it was very mild on my scalp. Many other dandruff shampoos irritated my scalp or dried it out. So, they may have treated the dandruff but, caused more problems than they solved! REMEDY, is fantastic. I saw improvements after only a few washes. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

    The best clean 🩵

    I always do a double cleanse with Pantene Volume & Body and either an Rx Ketoconazole shampoo or L’Oreal Professionnel Volumetry (salicylic acid) shampoo. I often have an irritated scalp from seb derm and those combos have given me the freshest feeling scalp!

    So, when I saw Dr. Shah had a new shampoo combining BOTH Ketoconazole AND Salicylic Acid, I immediately ordered 2! The packaging, is lovely! It’s sleek and easy to apply with the applicator, and it looks nice in the shower! I’m a big fan of the navy blue on this one!

    As far as the formula, it is the perfect clear, gel texture. Those kind of shampoos always give you the best clean! I did my normal Pantene Volume & Body first, followed by Remedy for dandruff. I massaged it in with the little scalp massager (that I also purchased 2 of) and left it on for a few minutes, then rinsed. And let me tell you, I don’t think my scalp or hair has ever felt so clean! I followed up with Shu Uemura Silk Bloom conditioner, Pureology Color Fanatic spray, and the L’Oreal Airlight Pro dryer. And right now I feel like I have the best hair of my life! Results this good, make me look forward to wash days! Remedy for dandruff, Remedy for HEALTHY aging and Remedy for dry lips, just go ahead and buy 2 of each!

    Use as a Ketoconazole + SA facial cleanser instead

    The product is easy to use. For a hair shampoo alone I may want to take a star off as it does not lather much at all. If you expect a foaming/lathering shampoo, this is definitely not one. It is also a very moisturizing shampoo, so don't expect a super-clean feel after rinsing it off. It feels like the shampoo equivalent of Cerave Gentle Cleanser. None of that is negative, but I hope I know that when purchasing the product.

    The reason I think it deserves 5 stars is this is the first Ketoconazole shampoo that I find that I can put on my face without irritation! Using Ketoconazole and selenium sulfide provide great benefits to the skin and my condition, but both Nizoral and Selsun Sun burn my face off (although they are wonderful shampoos). This remedy shampoo is very unique as it includes all these ingredients but magically gentle enough for both the scalp and face.

    One thing I don't like is (i) the cap is a bit loose and I worry it may crack soon, and (ii) the sticker connecting the cap and the tube left a super sticky mark that is not easy to clean. The opening is just right.

    I've provided my skin issues to give you an idea of what kind of skin issues I've had since childhood. I've given up on so MANY prescribed and otc shampoos that my bathroom closet is filled with. A few worked a few times and my dandruff come back again, even worse from when I first started. I hesitated on purchasing this new product, just because of my history and didn't want to spend anymore money or fall even deeper into despair.

    I waited a little over 11 days of use before assessing my results and provide my feedback. I AM ABSOLUTELY blown by how my scalp is feeling. I gave this a benefit of a doubt and tried my best to make it fail, and IT DID NOT ❤️!!

    I love the enginuity of the pointed applicator, helps pinpoint my areas on my scalp when my hair is wet and it avoids wasting product to get to the scalp and pinpoints it to my troubled areas. Usually my scalp would feel great after the first wash, but how long will it stay. Other products would get my scalp itchy by mid morning on day 2. I wash my hair every other day, otherwise my scalpnwould be itchy and irritated. I was actually able to wash my hair the evening of the 3rd day....WOW!!! Now, this alotted time before washing my hair is not normal, I just wanted to test this out for my own personal scalp experience. I LOVE THIS!!
