How do I join The Lab?
You're already in. Every order earns points automatically. Log in to your REMEDY account anytime to see your balance, track your tier and redeem rewards.
How is my tier decided?
Your tier is based on how many orders you've placed in the last 12 months. At launch, you were automatically placed in the tier your recent orders qualify for, along with all of its benefits.
When did I start earning points?
Points started when The Lab launched on October 8, 2026. Every order from that date on earns points, and your tier already reflects your past orders.
How can I earn points?
Earn points on every order, on your birthday, by subscribing to texts and by submitting retail receipts. See Further research for details.
Can I earn points on purchases from Target or Amazon?
Yes. Link your account and submit receipts from the last 3 months to earn points on those purchases.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in and go to Measurable results to apply your points at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account. Your balance is shown at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they're earned.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned on a returned purchase are removed from your account.
When do I get my birthday reward?
On your birthday. Add your birthday to your account at least a day before to get your reward this year.
I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I apply them afterward?
Unfortunately not. Points can't be applied to an order after it's placed, but they'll be waiting for your next one.
