I've been using Remedy products since the very beginning. They're not all a winner for me, but most of them are really great. I wouldn't call myself a skin care addict but as I'm aging (57) I'm definitely very interested in what I'm putting in and on my body as well as getting rid of all the sun damage I did to myself. I held off trying the hand creams due the reviews about the packaging. I've now tried both with the new packaging and I think they're great. I use hand lotion ALL DAY LONG and wash my hands many times throughout the day (I work at a desk but love to cook and garden). My skin is pretty dry and I live in a dry climate. The "day" cream does what it claims, which surprised me. I don't have to re-apply every time after I wash my hands. I will note that I do not use actibacterial soap, I think that really dries you out. I use hand soap that's more gentle. The "night butter" lotion is awesome. My cuticles are alot better so far. I really hope both help with thinning skin, obviously that's yet to be seen. Also I don't know if they intended to do this or not with the packaging but there's a little insert in the box that you can pull out and use as a holder for the bottle. I thought that was cute and clever. I bought the bundle and got the free travel moisturizer so that's a bonus.
